You are probably going to need to buy a universal trailer light convertor. Since the Troopers have separate brake and turn signal bulbs it will not work with the normal 4 wire hookup. They have the convertors at most any auto parts stores, boat dealers, or X-Mart stores that carry trailer wiring type stuff. I got lucky and found one on clearance for about 5 bucks but they are normally less than $20. IIRC...I pulled my tail light assemblies out and wired directly into the wires behind them.

The converter I have is like the one at the bottom of THIS PAGE.
