I installed the body lift from Roger Brown today. I have a problem. The bolts do not come down far enough to get a washer and a nut back on. For those that have done it, please verify I have done it correctly. You have the body, then a rubber bushing, then lift block, then frame mount. Beofe you had another rubber bushing, washer and 2 nuts below the frame mount. I can not even get a washer and nut back on. The threads are barely showing.

As far as I understand it, you are not supposed to reuse the thicker rubber bushing. That would give you those threads.

Also did you guys put a lock washer back on or did you use one of the ones that came off of it?

I plan on using lock-tite. The way I will be performing the body lift is slightly different (only 1") and will allow me to only use one of the nuts - hense the strong lock-tite.

Hope that helps! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
