The lift from Roger Brown is 1 3/8 I think. That 3/8 makes a difference. I think the consensus is not to use the top rubber bushing that is next to the body. It is at least 1/4 inch thick.

Also for those that get the instructions you need a deep socket 22mm not a 20mm. Went to 5 places before I found one.
