Maybe this isn't fully understood by all forum members, but as far as the U.S. goes there's very little in the way of public lands East of the Mississippi. That's probably why it's not as big an issue as some might like it to be. The BLM just don't exist out here. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
