Landraider is right.
I have to go through a justice of the peace to get clear titles. The PO used it on his farm/ hunting camp so he did not bother to register/ pay taxes on it. Plus he had lost the titles for them. so if doug showed up said they were his and he ripped up my bill of sale he would own one.
