The pictures are a little dark, but you can just see the first thrust face. There are two breaks on opposite sides, each a little more than an inch.

Does the 3vze have cam bearings? I do not see any, but I keep seeing a passing reference in one of the manuals. (online autozone)

Can I just replace one, or do I need to do it in pairs?

Will replacing the cams neccesitate adjusting the valves (please god no!)
