</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, Helv, Helvetica, Sans">I would immidiately check the timing chain guides to make sure they aren't broken. 86-on used single row timing chain with plastic guides that are notorious for breakage. When they do, the chain rubs against the timing chain cover, and one of two things happens:
1) The chain breaks, and since the 22R is an interference engine, you are looking at $$$$$
2) The chain eats into a coolant passage, dumping antifreeze into your oil. $$$$$
If you are lucky, it will just be the oil filter, like firemedic said.
