I'm in the same boat as you; the 210 would be my choice. Air Liquide is found throughout the country; we have a local shop here which also services them if needed.

On the bottles; they get inspected in the same fashion as do fire extinguisher bottles for corrosion, galvanization, etc, as PAToy mentioned, but not in the same frequency. This is something you can discuss with your material distributor too; they're required by law to stay up on this stuff.
