pa allows no more than 3 inch total flare from body.tire cant stick more than 1 inch from wheel well.mudflaps are required if over such a height.also bumper height is 30inchs to bottom unless was higher from factory.oh yeah and runners and such that are registered as station wagon have a lower bumper height <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />.cant have more than one set of aux lights uncovered at once. there is more in my insp. book but pretty much depends on where you at whats going to happen to you.

i was measured 3 times in one year barely passed everytime.all by cops that needed something to do.most part wasnt bothered.

as far as inspecting them goes.i check bumper height and tires thats it besides for normal inspection items.

oh and one last thing they are trying to change the laws on this now.
