Getting the Wheeling Fever

I'm doing a little work on my neighbors 90 V6 p-up. The idler arm assembly is pretty loose. I read the bushing replacment write up in maintenance, but it doesn't address the ball joint that connects to the steering link. I appears that most of the "play" is in this ball joint not in just in the idler itself. Is this ball joint replaceable without buying the whole idler assembly? Or do I have to buy the whole thing?
