Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I wouldn't be doing any business with Underdog Racing right now. I ordered an oxygen sensor for my T in the later part of October and was told it would be on backorder for 2 weeks. I said 2 weeks is OK, ship it when it comes in. Well, we're at 5 or 6 weeks and repeated e-mails to the company (they don't provide a phone number) have gone unanswered. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

I'm at a loss for how to get my money back or get the product. Maybe someone from the company will see this post and take some action.

I ordered both O2 sensors for my 96 T several months ago. The set I ordered showed up within 5 days. Then about a month later another set showed up and has been sitting on my shelf. If yours does not arrive by 8 weeks and you do not get a response, let me know which one you need and I will send it to you.

Since I did not pay for the second set they sent, it does not seem so generous. I have been meaning to contact them about returning the extra set they mistakenly sent me, but you know how that goes. Besides, I was making sure the first ones I installed worked and were not defective before returning the others. If you paid and do not get service, the least I can do is send you what you paid for since I was gonna return it anyway.

Does anyone have a phone number for URD? I've sent numerous e-mails with no reply and can not find a phone number on their website.
