Body Damage is Cool
Has anyone had any experience (good, bad, ugly) with internet parts shopping? What about these guys? http://www.ezbodyparts.com The reason I ask is that they are new parts and the prices seem kind of "to cheap". It makes me leary. I need to fix some crash damage ASAP, so I need to get shopping. Any help would be appreciated.

My .02, its verified by verisign safepurchasing, so it looks legit. If your still leary call their customer support and shoot some question at them until your satisfied, thats what they are there for. wow nice prices, looks like i know where i'm getting the chrome bumper for my amigo <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

I'm more concerned with the quality at that price Nick. Troy the junk yars don't have them around here, been there and done that. Besides if these parts are decent quality why would I want to get a used one at a junk yard when I can get a brand new headlight assembly for $67.00?

Anyone can make body panels and extra's, but not everyone can make em good quality, I've had some experiences in the past of getting the "cheaper" panels, and even after hours and hours of tweeking, it just seems like the panels refuse to fit perectly.

i see where your all coming from, i bought new floor pans for my Cj5, they didn't even come close to fitting, and they were chinsey (sp?) never sent them back tho, maybe a use for them someday, made our own, more strong and look better in my opinion.

I bought from these guys, actually a couple. If you shop around, you'll find one set who sell a few things significantly cheaper and these guys who sell quite a bit also cheap. What you'll typically find is that the sheetmetal might be slightly off. You will definately need to have a little patience when getting non-oem sheetmetal as there sometimes is a little hole mis-match or some slight flexing you might have to do. Aside from that, I was fairly pleased at my overall purchase. If you can afford it, always pay the little extra for the CAPA certified product as it typically will match a little better. Overall, you'll save a ton compared to OEM prices. Purchase everything in one shot though, they typically deliver freight and your shipping should be substantially less. (I replaced my hood, radiator support, both fenders, bumper, bumper ends, both headlights.)

Thanks for the feedback folks. I knew someone out there had to use them at one point or another. Their prices are killer.
