You're high idle and lean condition problems sound to me like you have the vacuum hoses hooked up wrong. I'd definately check vacuume hose routing before I cracked open the throttle body

You're on your own with the wiring. I have a hard enough time figuring that stuff out when it's right infront of me.....Impossible to figure out from here....sorry
