Thanks, Matt, for undertaking this and keeping it on the radar. Let me highlight something that jumped out at me that shows your commitment to this: from the time of my deposit. This is SERIOUS, money-where-our-mouth is consequences -- we need to step up and commit if we can, or step back and get out of Matt's way if we cannot make the numbers. Don't take it personally -- this is business, and Matt will be on the hook for the deposit, regardless. Pre-paid, and no refunds on parts once you commit makes perfect sense in this context. Matt already has his reputation on the line, to get negotiations this far.

I don't know if this is do-able, frankly -- dunno if there are enough folks who can step up to commit. I hope so!
