Thanks for the update.
Did you ever post the year/model 4.3 you have?
What about the add on upgrades? What and where did you buy them?
I am still using the stock Raider radiator but I went to a hard fan blade (no clutch) and spacer from Autozone.
The electric fans did not cut it off road.
The only mistake/problem I had was not replacing the rear main seal before installation. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />
Please tell me more about the Ford alternator. What year/model did you use? Will it fit on an 89 4.3 TBI
My BoUnCy seats squeek too. Mine sounds like a screen door spring and my wife's sounds like a Canadian goose honking. Quite noisy when driving off road.
You obviously drive yours more than I do. I have only 9000 miles on my 4.3 but 8000 is off road.
