Maybe in the 80's/early-90's they were overbuilt... but not anymore... c-channel frames rear leafs breaking on Taco's rear axle seals going on the 4runners etc... They are good trucks - just not nearly as good as they used to be. Brian K. Gallus I have nothing important to say.
