'BM' is BrakeMax,which really should be "FM" for "FAKE-Max" because they
*single overhead cam*, in other words, they *SOHC*!!

I was over at Precision. They were nice, but told me it'd cost me a grand just to find out if my problem was the result of an improperly done V06 campaign HG job (apparently in the early days, they still hadn't gotten it right, and there were a few that were actually covered *twice* under the service campaign).

When I finally found somebody trustworthy who'd tear down my heads without forcing me to sell a couple of organs for money, Precision was very helpful in giving me advice about parts to replace like bearings and gaskets and so on.

Among other things, they urged me to always:becausethey asserted. Well, I'm replacing my old radiator, which was patch-welded at one time but leaking, and Precision quoted me the "not always more expensive" price of $645 dollars. Without the cap. Damn.
