Getting the Wheeling Fever

Hi guys, I'm rebuilding my 87 22RE. (1)I'm looking for advice on the best way to remove the wrist pin bushing in the piston connecting rod? (2) What's the best way to install the new bushing with out buggering it up? Thanks, rj
