I've got Gabriel shocks on my Trooper.
99% of mine are street driving also. I love the Gabriels.. they have a nice cushioned ride while still stiff enough to handle the corners nicely.

My dad put some Monroe shocks on his truck and it's super stiff... almost too stiff.
