My intentions for these shocks are for all street driving.

From Monroe's site, the front Sensa-tracs are 37108 and rears are 37024 (same as the Napa part # you posted)

If I read correctly, both the Monroe Sensa-tracs and the Rancho 5000's are gas filled.

What's the difference in performance between oil and gas????
