Definately. Not saying that it is all of your problem, but it could be. also check your diverter valve.

If you decide to seal up any leaks, DO NOT use silicone sealant. It gets onto the O2 sensor and destroys it. Then the problems really start.

Check codes first, like everybody keeps saying. You may or may not have a lean exhaust code. Fix exhaust leaks first before looking elsewhere.
