I am far from an expert in this area, but I have a '97 F-250 PowerStroke and I believe that 315x75's will require at least a 3" body lift if you want to avoid clearance problems with the front tires. You also might want to consider 305x70's which acutally put more rubber on the road, but are not quite as tall.
