Getting the Wheeling Fever

I checked the pump at my latest tank up - sticker noted 10% ethanol content. Could this be the sole cause of the drop?

1999 SR5 V6 4WD
Addcos, Bilsteins, Detroit Truetrac, Amsoil, etc...
