Stroker...well this may sound funny, but Im dead serious about "testing" it. Engnbldr in Portland, Oregon is a great friend. He built my last motor that I shattered the rings in. To be perfectly honest with you...I dont know the entire makeup and specs on it other than, custom made to order pistons based on a Chevy flat top design, the rods are Toyota/Lexus...but not from a 20R/22R series motor and that the compression was lowered a little bit. The rear of the block behind #4 was re-inforced to prevent "block-walking" at higher RPMs and the bores are in the vacinity of .060 over...but strengthened because of the size of overbore. When I got that info from him he also told me I was at approximately 160 ci. Its a kickazz motor....power comes on right off idle and is constant...and consistant all the way up. Engine doesnt wind out like the last "one-off" he built me! lol But its definately a more usable, stronger yet smoother kind of power. Wish I could tell you more...but thats all I know. Im going down there next weekend to repair the 22R-EB Gen1 motor and will get more details then. ~Darin <img border="0" alt="[Baby]" title="" src="graemlins/baby.gif" />
PS-glad that pic worked...I was mildly impressed with the clarity myself!
