When we moved to Alaska from California, we pulled a scary heavy trailer with us, I was also afraid to weigh it. This was before we recieved the recall for the head gaskets. I figured if I didn't blow the head gaskets pulling that load 3500 miles, and over several mountain passes, it was probably a good set of head gaskets. But I couldn't pass up the free oil change <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> It is one reason I'm considering rebuilding the engine one of these days though, as I'm sure I put alot of wear on the engine from that trip. Also I'd like to do some long road trips in the future, sans pulling the boat, and reliability is very important when you're 100 miles from the nearest service station, and several hundred miles from any toyota parts.

I really only have one hill to worry about hauling the boat, starts at sea level, and gains a thousand or two feet of elevation. So long as I stay in the right lane I should be fine.

I'll plan to go through everything with the 120k service, good plan anyhow.
