just finishing up doing the timing chain on my '88. Not the original motor, and i have no idea how many miles on it, but the guides were broken, the chain had almost worn throgh into the water jacket, and i was missing 4 teeth off the lower chain sprocket. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> and oh yah, 2 bent intake valves.
