As mentioned above, you won't need to do the BJ flip with the Calmini arms as they essentially so the same thing. I just installed the "Springz Upgrade" myself and initially got close to 3" of lift which has settled to a nice 2.5" now. The amount of lift the "upgrade" provides varies on each vehicle, but I imagine you'll get closer to 3" than 1". Good luck with the install!
