The link remains dead for the steering bump stops... See below for a picture that tells a thousand words. The arrow is pointing to the bolt with the welded nut on it and how adding a single or two flat washers will do well enough rather than getting a new bolt and nut and trying to set the steering bump stops yourself. This will limit your steering radius, but will keep your tires from rubbing/grabbing on your springs... Pictured is a 91 YJ with a 2.5" spring lift running stock wheels and 31x10.50 tires.
