 Whose 4Runner pic is this guy using at eBay?

I've seen posts on the 4x4wire Isuzu forum where this guy is illegally using someone else's picture to sell his product at eBay. So it's a good assumption that this pic of a 4Runner from the same seller is also being used illegally. Whose pic is this? That person needs to tell eBay and the seller so that eBay will kill the sale. Looks like he has a few sales going. Nevermind, it is Sherri. I just found her web site: http://www.cardomain.com/id/sherri_girlI'll send her a PM. Word of warning to anyone who has pics on Cardomain -- it sounds like that's where the Isuzu pics came from too. That eBay seller probably did a search for vehicles at CarDomain for his posts.

I've seen a writeup on the work done on that truck before. But for the life of me I can't remember where I saw it. I've also seen this type of discussion about using someone elses picture and I don't think there is much you can do about it.

This was also noted over in the Izuzu forums; individual is using others' pix, largely off cardomain. Angle those folks are using is to spam his feedback, and to see if cardomain can do anything about it from their end.

i already told sherri about it. it is illegal for the guy to post the pic without owners consent. she emailed him asking him to remove it but there is always steps through ebay she can take to get it removed.

need help. This is the email I got back from the seller:
HI I GOT YOUR FIRST 5 EMAILS I WILL NOT LIST ANYMORE WITH YOUR PIC.....I WILL USE ANOTHER AS SOON AS I LIST MORE....BUT THE LISTINGS THAT ARE ALREADY RUNNING ARE GOING TO HAVE THEM
Cant he/she edit the auctions pictures even though it's already running?

Yeah, a formal complaint to eBay should do it. If the guy has any bids on the items, he can't edit his listing without completely ending it and relisting the item, losing any bids in place. Sounds like a swine for doing that stuff!
