Kinda like tha tole coil when it would run for a while the coil would shut down and your engine would die. Wait a while and the engine would fire up and run fine until the coil heated up again and shut down. Its amazing how heat will affect electronic/electrical stuff. Seen it all the time on F-15 radar stuff (APG-70)
