Resurecting the dead instead of starting another post....

I saw a holley TBI on Ebay for $125 US, since the canadian dollar is kick'n ass and tak'n names I picked it up. It came yesterday and I had the day off so I put it in today. It came with no gaskets or instructions, but was still brand new.

Using links and info found on this forum I had no real problems installing it in the afternoon. Went to the local auto parts store and got a new base gasket, reused the upper one from the old throttle. The only problem I had was with the bracket that holds the throttle cable. It has three holes but the Holley only had two bolt holes. And they didn't line up.... So I drilled new holes in the bracket and all was saved. Looking forward to driving it tomorrow and seeing what difference it will make.
