Here's a Pict from my 120a Alternator...

And the 70a battery. I need to shift the water reservoir and the relay box a couple cm to the front...

CBP can you find out what model number that alternator you have is?

The Bosch part numbers all seem to start with AL. For example, the stock 70 amp alternator is AL4221X for the Sportage.

Please let us know what alternator that is... I can't seem to find any info using the numbers in the picture.

OK I did some more lookin'... I guess that first number, "0 123 505 001" is a part number of sorts, but maybe not too helpful to us.

For example, I found this part number is the replacement part for a 1990-1997 Opel Vectra. Oh joy, something even more obscure and uncommon than a Sportage. I had really hoped this was a common alternator but it's not looking that way.

Nuke, indeed the alternator was adapted. The P/N in the picture is what I have too. And yes, That could be an Opel Vectra replacement... Other that the alternator, the Pulley needed to be adapted...
By the way, Vectra's are not uncommon in Brazil (and neither in Europe). In the US look for Cavalier...

Nah, the Chevy Cavalier is not an Opel and isn't derived from it. And it uses a Delco alternator.
