Ok this may or may not be what you want.......but I've looked at several older 10+ yrs coleman etc popup campers based on a 6' box.
They fold out to sleep 4 and with a simple SOA(with matching rear------for example D44)they will acommidate
spare parts and a similar sized spare etc.

With a welder and spare tube/channel they can have skidders/lower exo applied very easiely.
Just something to think about.
You can pickup most new screens/tent parts fairly cheap and be living in luxery for less than a new "small"trailer.
