If the bearing doesnt "click" into place and sit tight against the cap face and flush with the ends, you my friend have the wrong bearings. What size bearings did you get and was the crank machined at all? 3 different styles of bearings acrossed 4 primary sized available for the 22RX series engines...and out of the 12 styles you have to have the right set or it ainta gonna work.
