When I ordered my set from Aki almost a year ago, he said at the time that my set and his set (8" front) were produced after the order. I was surprised that Mitsubishi Japan actually had their gear producer cut two sets for Aki and I. Apparently, they will be even more willing to make gears for Frank, who will probably be selling many sets. My gears are still sitting under the bench. My truck hasn't been running for several months now, so I wasn't too worried about installing them right away. Especially now that I may replace the pickup with a V6 SWB. Too bad I didn't wait until now to buy them, could've saved a little money... Oh well, at the time, I thought I was getting one of the last sets in existance! Good luck with your venture, Frank! I may have to order another set down the road...

I think I will be running a 34" tire with mine. I would like to leave myself with a slight gearing advantage over stock, to compensate for increased weight and rolling resistance. A 295/75R16 or a 265/85R16 should be about right depending on how wide will fit. I'll be trying to minimize body lift by trimming fenders and perfecting the backspacing.
