Mine did the same thing, but what I did was use a bunch of RTV sealent to hold it together. A friend suggested it and at first I thought he was crazy, but it's worked incredibly well and I didn't have to remove the radiator.

JB Weld might work also, although I'm not sure how that would affect the thin metal of the radiator.
