Anyone else have trouble with there tcase or just me?

Ask anyone who's been to my garage and seen the wall of MUA's and parts i have accumlated! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

failure #1: 12hours in my cross country drive on the way to moab zuzoo, tcase drain plug fell out, lost all lubrication and welded the 4wd gear to the mainshaft at 70mph... came to a skidding stop, pucker factor very high.

failure #2: chewed up the anti-rattle gear on the front output cluster which throughly trashed the idler gear as well and sent little chuncks of metal all throughout.

failure #3: broke the snap ring holding in the idler gear, which caused it to wobble, trashed the idler gear. pieces got caught in the shift rails causing the tcase to stick in gear.

failure #4: only a matter of time i'm sure!

I attribute most of my troubles due to excessive driveline vibration from the extreme lift i had (that and daily driving at interstate speeds in a truck of my size). Since then i've changed over to a CV driveshaft and cured these problems, i haven't had another big time failure... yet! of course, i'm also keeping the highway miles off since i've aquired a daily driver.
