Absolutely it is. IMO, any engine rebuild is suspect without replacing all exhaust studs/bolts, including those on the manifold flanges, heat shields and the EGR valve and pipe. The ones in aluminum heads are not fun to remove, though. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" />
