Got about a foot here. But it's hard to tell. Started snowing late afternoon here. No wind at first. Overnight the snow continued and the wind was howling. For sure it must have been "whiteout" conditions. I stayed inside and hunkered down. But by this morning the snow had stopped and the sun was out but the wind was brutal. With an ambient temperature of about 5 degrees F. Drifts several feet deep. But the road crews really stayed on top of it. By mid morning everything was plowed. And of course the Sportage handled it like it wasn't even there. Sometime this week I'll dig out the Honda when I find it.

I'm sick of the snow & cold = We got a reported 41" here in some spots of Reno just in the first two weeks of the year. Still have 1 1/2' in the yard.

It is great for biz = Bodyshop that is. Too many people can't drive in this stuff.

Be on the lookout for those people = they R everywhere.

Why go around? When You can go over!

Got a foot here too. Living on a state highway with on street parking, natually they plow you in. It's nice watching the neighbors shovel their cars and vans out of 2ft. I just get in, turn her on, and drive away. And since no one can park there, its there when I get back. I love the snow

Was 4 degrees here this morning and this evening we got a dusting. Tomorrow we expect about 2". The river has been frozen over for over a week now.

That's too bad. because while you guys on the East Coast were digging yourselves out. I was out with the 4x4 club on Sat jumping my Sportie at the Oregon Dunes. Weather was sunny in the low 60's. Took the softtop off when I got too hot. hehehe.
