How about this, since it would be hard to sell something in the thousands, lets get some ideas for just us isuzu people. I really wish i could make oversized mudflaps but that is too big.
Here is what ill do, ill go and get a used mold, take out the cavity's and make something to fit in the spot of the old cavity's. Only thing ill need is support. I dont want to make profit off this, but i do at least wanna break even.
reroute your thoughts and lets get some ideas

you could make some gap guards. Theres alot of people that have body lifts, but don't want to pay $75 for gap guards. I also like the idea of big soft rubber finder flares

Clear corners for the first gen troops would be cool. So would bug/wind deflectors with the isuzu emblem or ISUZU written across it. Cheap fender flares would be nice. -J

How about this, since it would be hard to sell something in the thousands, lets get some ideas for just us isuzu people. I really wish i could make oversized mudflaps but that is too big. Mudflaps are too big??? What kind of limitations do we have, dimensional, or weight, or what. I just figured mudflaps are less than 7.5 ounces, but I guess they're not. Here is what ill do, ill go and get a used mold, take out the cavity's and make something to fit in the spot of the old cavity's. Only thing ill need is support. I dont want to make profit off this, but i do at least wanna break even. What kind of support do you need? Purchase promises, startup money, etc??? Something I'd like to see, and there may be a large national market for this, is an exposed cone filter shield. Just a piece of plastic with a right angle that can be cut, trimmed, heat-manipulated, etc. to seal off the cone filter from the rest of the engine compartment. This would provide a semi-custom DIY job for lots of tinkerers.

ok 7.5 ounces, lets see your mouse, i can probably make 3 of those at a time(if it was all one unit) mud flaps are thick and long, plus oversized ones will be even bigger. Keep going on this cone seperator thing. Maybe i can make something that people can cut up to use on lots of things. Problem is, what kind of material? There are lots and lots of different kinds.

I'll put a spin on that last one. How about a cylindrical cover for cone filters where there will be a lip that the cone canbe installed on the inside, then closed and water tight ealed. Both ends (in & out) could be 2.5 to 3 inch. This would not only be extremely appreciated by us snorkel dudes but the general cone folks as well. If you did this for the general folks they can enclose that cone filter then run a hose to the outside for fresh cool air and not hot air blowing around the engine bay. Check out this link abd you'll know what I'm talking about. It's the first square formatted photo on the left. http://www.intenseperformance.com/products/products.html It would be great if you could make that because I absolutely positively will not buy from that provided link.
