Getting the Wheeling Fever

I am trying to adjust my timing. My FSM hasn't made the move yet and is 130 miles away.

Where is the timing jumper located on a 95 runner 3vze, and which pins do I jump?

IIRC I am looking for 8 deg before TDC jumped and 12 deg before w/out the jumper.
