The 2.8, 3.1 use the same intake manifold. The same intake manifold bolts onto a 3.4 when swapping to preserve TB Injection.

the 4.3 intake manifold is only for 4.3 engines.

So yes, everything regarding a 4.3 TB swap works on all GM 60 degree v6 engines since you are using the same intake manifold.
