I'd doubt that any shop other than the dealer would know the proper method to retorque the axle nut bolts (torque inner nut, spin rotor back and forth, loosen inner nut and torque to final spec). To remove the rotor, you have to pull off the cone washers and hub, so they might charge you extra vs. a 2wd vehicle. Dealer charges $350 to repack the bearings, and just pulling the rotor off is most of that work. I'd guess $250-300 labor alone plus parts ($100 per rotor, $50 for pads).
