If you replace the rotors you will need to pull the hubs. Big woop. Big bucks? Hardly. I can have a hub with rotor off in 10-15 minutes max. The hardest part is the cone washers, and they are more annoying than anything else.

You will need a hub socket. Look at the articles already posted.
