Was there a lift kit put on? Does it turn too far to the right? The Pitman arm may be off, I'd actually guess this first, but if all he did was replace the steering pump, there may be other issues as well.

When I put a lift kit on mine, I learned really quick that I had to get the drop pitman arm to compensate for the difference in the suspension. Even after I did this, I had to get an alignment done to get everything lined up right.
