Assuming nobody knows anything yet, I take a shot in the dark and say it's carb related. I was going to say headgasket too, but the white smoke was constant, like I would have thought you'd normally see in a head gasket. It looks like your carb was dumping a bunch of fuel into the intake, possibly related to the angle of the hill climb.

That's my guess.
