Not having any experience with carbs prevents me from making any wonderful guesses in that regard... I'll go with HG or cracked head based on your previous overheat. Bad enough that you got a boatload of coolant dumped into cylinder(s), causing the crappy start and white smoke. Wouldn't run that well if the motor exposed any internals to daylight. Smell-o-vision would help us to better identify the type of smoke though. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
