You guys crack me up...


Well you prolly already guessed that the truck is fine. I thought that would have been obvious after the last video when I get out of the truck and its still running.


The truck was at such an angle that all the oil ran to the back of the engine. At that time the PVC valve became submersed in oil, sucking oil from the valve cover into the intake. This is where all the smoke came from. This is also why it cleared up once the engine started up.


I drove the truck for the rest of the day just fine. I started it up the next day, no smoke.


Now, I have no way of proving this is what happened. It's only my best guess. The oil is normal colored and the coolant is in where it is supposed to be. The truck has just as much power as normal. Idles the same, runs the same. I'll be driving it down the Phoenix next Wednesday. I'm thinking of picking up another HG and swaping it out for safety sake.

I'll prolly pull the plugs in a few days and see what they look like. Since it's not my daily driver anymore, so I'm not too rushed.
