The bleeder valve is on the transmission as mentioned above. The bleeding procedure is as follows.
open bleeder and have someone push the pedal 3/4 of the way to the floor. Close the bleeder while the fluid is still moving steadily. Person above can now pull their foot up. Vacuum bleeders will work for clutch bleeding too. Repeat the procedure over and over until you have flushed enough fluid in to clean the system. Make sure to have someone standing above to fill the resevoir.
Finally, when you believe you have all the fluid flushed push the clutch down and up rapidly about 20-30 times. This helps work loose any air in the slave cylinder. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
