Found this online, so may not be correct (the years)

2001-2004
Front: Large Speaker: 5.25". Tweeters (EX Models): 2.50"
Rear: 6.50"

1995-2000
Front: 4" (I know EX models had a tweeter option in at '98, possibly before...)
Rear: 6.5"
